Supporting Israeli Farms
Shalom, welcome to Israeli Harvest. Our goal is to support organic and sustainable farming in Israel by offering unique, healthy Israeli products. Our aim is to help create a stable market for Israeli farm products that in turn will help preserve agriculture in Israel. A recent article in Jewish Woman Magazine describes what we are doing to support farming in Israel.
We are now taking orders for organic dates, olive oil, fruit preserves and different sized assortments. Our assortments make excellent gifts for holidays and other occasions. We ship anywhere in the U.S. using Priority mail which only takes 2-3 days.
Israeli Harvest plans to offer a subscription option shortly similar to a vegetable CSA subscription program. We plan to organize four shipments a year of seasonal Israeli food around Sukkot, Hanukah, TuBShvat and Pesach. Currently we are working out some logistics and building a network of people interested in subscribing. If you are interested, please contact us at israeliharves

In November, we went on a farm tour across northern Israel hosted by the American group Hazon and the Heschel Center based in Israel. We met a lot of people active in the Israeli sustainable farming movement and hope to add their products to our offerings soon.
